The Port Nicholson Block covers the upper reaches of Upper Hutt City to the Rimutaka Ranges south to Turakirae on the south east coast. It covers Hutt City, Upper Hutt City and Wellington City. It includes the harbour, foreshore and seabed and extends from the south west coast to Kiokio, returing to Tawa.
